They offer consultation, practical advice and hands-on help to companies wishing to use the Irish language in any aspect of their business, particularly as a tool for innovation and marketing. Gaillimh le Gaeilge run a ‘Cairde’ scheme, an annual business award, Gradam Sheosaimh Uí Ógartaigh and initiate bilingual projects, which are developed over time in association with other groups in Galway City. |

Work on the technological support necessary to support the move started in early 2008 and it is hoped that the first transmissions of Nuacht RTÉ will come from Baile na hAbhann later this year. |
