A native of Galway and fluent Irish Speaker, Noreen has worked extensively in Marketing, Sales and Public Relations across many industry sectors including the travel & tourism industries, SME’s and Services Sectors over 16 years. Setting up D’Arcy Marketing & P R in 1998, she has built a like minded team who possess a passion for marketing, public relations, innovation and people . Along side this she has a built a loyal client base to whom she brings a wealth of contacts and above all expertise which strengthens their position in an increasing competitive market place.

A former President of Skal International Galway, Board Member of Bord Leabhar Gaeilge, Noreen currently sits on the Board of Macnas and the Arts Trust of the HSE while also assisting in the marketing of her local Soccer Club Oughterard AFC in their current development project.

Rebecca Rocca holds a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Limerick, where she was awarded the Royal Bank of Scotland award for Most Outstanding Student, in association with The Kemmy Business School. She also holds an Honours B.A. in Sociology and Italian.
